Corporate Account Manager - Retail

Working closely with one or two Tier 1 Retailers, with a remit to position complex digital transformation solutions ranging from Design and managed print services through to automation and analytics. An end to end outsource is still common for this £20 Billion global giant and strong seasoned Client Director's who can demonstrate innovation in the board room and a proactive approach to client management is whats required.

- Demonstrable track record managing A major Account, with full commercial responsibility.
- Sales and relationship management to nominated account group or vertical market, both within existing customers and target new business opportunities
- Manage the sales process through all aspects from generation of first appointment to the point of contract being signed.
- Manage key customer relationships through life of contract.
- Deliver sales targets and business objectives through an effective sales plan.
- Develop and manage business pipeline for allocated account group.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Lead project groups and manage implementation.
- Produce and present MI reports to customer.
- Present to internal sales groups.
- Maintain an excellent understanding of the market and our competitors products.
- Experience within a Client Director or similar role, operating at a senior level.
- Exposure to BPO, digital transformation or document management.
- Proven experience of developing business with new clients and managing relationships with current clients.
- Familiar with presenting services and products to customers.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to approach senior professionals.
