The Focus of Your Role
You will be responsible for driving sales of Cyber Security services and solutions across a range of Public Sector and Defence industry subsectors. This role will promote the company in the market and will build relationships with clients and IT Services Eco-system partners, promoting our client's brand and Cyber Security. The role will emphasise new logo acquisition and demand generation (including cold calling where necessary) as well as having account management aspects with both a sales and P&L focus for existing clients. In addition, this role will be the ‘go to’ person for alignment with the public sector leaders and account executives, acting as the single point of contact for all elements of business development and campaigns.
What you’ll do
Combine Account Management duties with New Business.
• Work on new logo acquisition, demand generations and driving growth (including Sales and P&L for existing clients).
• Work closely with Sector and Delivery Unit Management Teams.
• Create and drive personal pipeline in line with overall business unit strategy.
• Drive Cyber Security consultancy sales security deals (£5 - £50m) involving multiple security technologies (IDAM, Mobility, SIEM etc).
• Create and drive opportunities into closure.
• Play a lead role in devising strategies to promote the business.
• Shape propositions to meet client requirements, working alongside Sector Leadership, SDM’s, Solution Architects and Proposal Development teams.
• Manage client need and issue discovery.

• Experience in Public Sector/Government IT Procurement.
• Outstanding vision; foresight and determination.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop effective networks and relations.
• Experience leading and closing at least three £2m+ TCV Application Solution Deals to FTSE 350 organisations.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Security and Risk Management competencies.
• Creative and Innovative approach, gravitas to lead CIO / Board level business meetings.
• Sold cyber security solutions involving service delivery from Nearshore / Offshore locations outside UK and mutualised teams to be able to craft solution, including distributed delivery elements, price-to-win and articulating value proposition.
• Strong technical experience with hands-on IT Solution / Service Delivery experience during some stage in the career.
• Large multi-partner IT outsourcing environments.
• Be familiar with trade promotion activities relevant to this market segment.
