Responsibility for one or a number of accounts across Manufacturing and Automotive
What you’ll do
- Lead a portfolio of accounts within a variety of manufacturing sectors, one being automotive
- Delivery against Corporate Targets and Objectives,
- Set the account plan for next 3 years and execute
- Full responsibility for recruitment in line with objectives
- Accountable for new logo revenues inside the account
- Anticipate market future requirements, demands and proactively plan accordingly
- Management 80+ heads directly and indirectly
- Full Commercial Management of the account
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrable track record in relationship management within accounts
- A demonstrable track record in business management
- Key skills. innovative, supportive, creative, calm under pressure, insightful
- Strong strategist supported by 4 years sales management, commercial expertise and exposure to delivery
- In-depth knowledge Manufacturing sector its drivers and requirements
- Access to C level (CFO, CDO, CTO etc.)
- Ideally 10 years plus within the IT services sector working for a global player
