Global Sales Leader

Location France, UK

Who you’ll be working with
This role reports into the CEO 
Negotiable Salary above £600k

The focus of your role
Full responsibility for the sales number globally within Existing and New logo accounts across all regions, heavily weighted in Europe for a £1bn integrator.

What you’ll do
  • Responsible for the global sales strategy and its execution
  • Day to day management of Sales leadership and supporting staff
  • Create the New logo acquisition plan based on market conditions and requirements
  • Full responsibility for recruitment in line with objectives
  • Accountable for new logo revenues alongside existing accounts / Pre sales and resource
  • Anticipate market future requirements, demands and proactively plan accordingly
  • Management of 80 Sales leads
  • Represent the organisation on the global stage internally and externally
  • Development of new offerings and services inline with agreed objectives

What you’ll bring
  • Rounded Sales expertise across a variety of sales disciplines, New logo, Client Management and leadership.
  • A demonstrable track record of success in complex transformational deals rich in application services
  • Key skills. innovative, tenacious and driven, supportive and creative, Mentoring and coaching
  • Strong strategist supported by 10 years sales management
  • In-depth knowledge of the competitor landscape within IT services sector
  • Access to C level (CFO, CDO, CTO etc.) 
  • A driven and ambitious sales leader who inspires through proactive leadership and builds loyalty via collaboration
