Full responsibility for the sales number globally within Existing and New logo accounts across all regions, heavily weighted in Europe for a £1bn integrator.
What you’ll do
- Responsible for the global sales strategy and its execution
- Day to day management of Sales leadership and supporting staff
- Create the New logo acquisition plan based on market conditions and requirements
- Full responsibility for recruitment in line with objectives
- Accountable for new logo revenues alongside existing accounts / Pre sales and resource
- Anticipate market future requirements, demands and proactively plan accordingly
- Management of 80 Sales leads
- Represent the organisation on the global stage internally and externally
- Development of new offerings and services inline with agreed objectives
What you’ll bring
- Rounded Sales expertise across a variety of sales disciplines, New logo, Client Management and leadership.
- A demonstrable track record of success in complex transformational deals rich in application services
- Key skills. innovative, tenacious and driven, supportive and creative, Mentoring and coaching
- Strong strategist supported by 10 years sales management
- In-depth knowledge of the competitor landscape within IT services sector
- Access to C level (CFO, CDO, CTO etc.)
- A driven and ambitious sales leader who inspires through proactive leadership and builds loyalty via collaboration
